Information on services and merchandise.
The restaurant offers gastronomic services, self-made products and goods purchased from other suppliers. Price of goods and services is stated in menus and beverages and price lists. In individually prepared orders (celebrations, etc.) the price is stated in the offer prepared by the seller and submitted to the customer. Prices include taxes and fees. Ordering a service or goods by the customer is deemed to be in agreement with the seller's offer. Use of own services and consumption of own goods by the buyer are allowed only with the consent of the seller and are possibly charged by the seller. In the case of individually negotiated contracts of a larger extent, the seller has the possibility to request payment of a non-refundable reservation fee and realization advances. When booking a hall the reservation fee is: 10 000, - CZK, when booking the whole restaurant the reservation fee is 15 000, - CZK. When booking a lounge, the reservation fee is CZK 1,000.
Methods of payment
The services or goods can be paid in cash in Czech crowns or by means of a payment card and payment terminal to an authorized employee of the seller. Other methods of payment - by bank transfer, virtual terminal, vouchers issued by the seller or in kind - are only possible upon prior and written agreement between the customer and the seller.
Delivery of services and goods
Services and goods are delivered to the buyer at Balu Kitchen.
Order cancellation and withdrawal
The buyer can withdraw from the order at the latest at the time of delivery and at the same time only when purchasing goods that are not modified by the seller. If the order is canceled and the contract is withdrawn in case of individually prepared orders (celebrations etc.), the seller is entitled to fulfill the cancellation fees under the following conditions: In case of cancellation of order 6-1 months before the order deadline 15 000, - CZK (for reservations of the whole restaurant) or 10 000, - CZK (for reservations of the restaurant) (non-refundable reservation fee). In case of cancellation 1 month - 1 week before the order deadline 15 000, - CZK (for reservations of the whole restaurant) or 10 000, - CZK (for reservations of the restaurant) (non-refundable reservation fee) + 20% of the estimated event budget. If the order is canceled less than 1 week before the order deadline, 15 000, - CZK (for reservations of the whole restaurant) or 10 000, - CZK (for reservations of the restaurant) (non-refundable reservation fee) + 40% of the estimated event budget. Problem solving:
The Seller undertakes to seek primarily out-of-court settlement of disputes with the Buyer, unless the Buyer refuses them. This procedure is not a mediation pursuant to Act No. 202/2012 Coll., On Mediation, as amended, nor arbitration proceedings pursuant to Act No. 216/1994 Coll., On Arbitration and the Enforcement of Arbitral Awards, as amended, and its use is without prejudice to the right of the parties to apply to the courts for their claims. The Czech Trade Inspection (www.coi.cz) supervises compliance with the obligations under Act No. 634/1992 Coll., On Consumer Protection, as amended.

Defect notification and complaint handling
The Buyer may only claim a defect in the goods and services at the Seller immediately upon delivery of the service or goods. Defect in size or size immediately upon purchase, sensory defect (taste, smell) at the latest when tasting the product. The Seller is obliged to remove the defect in size or size immediately, the Sense Defect is agreed upon by the Buyer and the Seller's responsible employee. If no agreement is reached, the service or goods will not be charged to the buyer. The Buyer may only claim a defect in the bill for services and goods with the Seller immediately upon the bill. The Buyer may only claim defects in billing for services and goods in individually negotiated contracts immediately upon performance. The Buyer may claim a defect in the conduct of the staff at the person responsible for the Balu Kitchen.
